No, a gag order would not override the Sunshine laws. The docs would still be released. It would only mean the people specified in the gag order (probably limited to the attorneys, in this case...sometimes witnesses) could not speak anything about this case to anyone, including the media.

CM is there now. Hadn't noticed him in the courtroom prior. So, both the DT and SA have brought papers back to sidebar from their tables. I really, REALLY pray that this process won't have to be restarted. I hope the DT realizes it won't make a difference as to the outcome (IMHO). And I don't think more time will make them any better able to present whatever their "case" may be.
