I see a judge that is all bark, no bite. What happened to, "if we don't get a jury here, we're going back to Orlando to get one?"

I keep thinking justice for Caylee....in reality, this is all to accommodate ICA. Protect and coddle ICA. She has become the victim.

I think that the bark there was to try and ensure that JB didn't string this out so that it would be moved to another, more defense favourable, county. In reality, though, Baez hasn't stretched this out. Compared to Peterson where Jury Selection took 4 weeks and OJ (which this trial has been suggested is more widely publicised) where jury selection took 2 or 3 months this jury selection has been brief so far and, in my view, hurried.

However, the "bite" was not really feasible in my opinion. If he required to change venue because OC would not yield an impartial jury panel he couldn't rightfully move back to OC when he failed to get an impartial jury in Pinellas.
