each side gets same number of additional strikes re however many alternates...say 5. So that really 10, right? So what is wrong with this equation? +5-10= waaaaay less than you started out with. If that equation is right, we will always eliminate more than is added. Color me confused.

P.S. I never was good at math.

I thought it sounded weird too, with all of the strikes being given out we could revert back to 11 very easily.

Another update from In Session on Facebook:

"Of the 9 jurors in the last row, 5 claim a hardship of some kind. Out of the 29 jurors, only 8 have not claimed a hardship of some sort."

Last time I was watching there were 12 jurors and i think 2 alternates. Do we still have that number?
