(I was thinking, ICA is sitting there in judgement hoping to find the ones that would not see her as guilty. But, how can she think people will act in any manner they seem like they would when she is who she is? )

HHJP: the State has to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt.

you know, flipping through the channels. like I said I like History channel and the craft shows.

HHJP: On tuesday I said your attitude concerning the dp would be an area we would ask about. this case is a two phase process. does not mean we will get to the second phase. only if ICA is found guilty of first degree murder would we ever get to that. Cart before the horse. Understand?

I believe in the judicial system. I have lived in FL since I was nine. I realize it is a state that carries the dp.

HHJP: but you have not been an advocate for or against?

it is a part of our laws.

HHJP: not one way or the other?

no

HHJP: 51/49 speech. different burden of proofs. you will weigh them. then and only then do you make that decision. some people believe that the dp should be automatically imposed if someone is convicted of first degree murder. that is not the law in this state. no such thing as an automatic anything.
