I personally am so happy that we have 16 I could care less right now... doing the momentary happy dance that those thru outweigh the strikes LOL

But they don't........we have 4 left here and then the added strikes for the alternates which would for 4 alternates be 8 strikes combined, for the alternates. so the magic number would be 25 right? The 4 will take it down to 12, and you need one more than 8.

well, when it first happened, I am not a news watcher or a paper reader. I saw pictures of the defendant and the child.

HHJP: what did you see?

dark hair, I thought the case was over. I knew it took 30 days to call the police.

HHJP: anything else?

a few things on the parents. they could have done something to her as a child.

HHJP: do you remember?

no people were talking.

honestly that is all I can remember. 31 days, when they discovered the child and the grandparents.

my relative but I put a stop to it. it was sad and that is all. I get the news from my husband. I don't like the news.

no sir I didn't know any thing about it on the 11 and my husband said it is about ICA. but that is wednesday. that is all.

I don't know. I haven't followed. I don't know.

basicly I think she did it.

HHJP: some can do this and some can't. set aside preconcieved notions. you know yourself and we depend on you to give a candid answer. Can you set aside that opinion and leave it out of the thought process and render only by the law?

I can set it aside. yes.

I am against the dp.

HHJP: remember what I said if there is no prob if you are against. if you can subordonate your views and follow the law as I give it to you.

There is nothing that would change my mind about the death penalty.

HHJP: would your views keep you from finding the defendant guilty because you might be concerned...

not at all.

HHJP: considering your feelings about dp, would you automatically vote against the dp without regard to the instructions?

I would vote against it.

I have thought about my own children and I still would not support.
