If I were in that jury pool and the accused wouldn't even look at us..that is something I would really wonder about.

Having been a juror on a first degree murder case I cannot emphasize this enough. As frightened as she is, she needs to look at the entire court. Especially when her charges are being read and in the very near future: difficult testimony.

She (ICA) best be prepared for jurors eyes to immediately dart over to her when interesting tidbits come out in testimony. I remember it like it was yesterday.

Funny, I am an inspector and just took a lid off a pot to find....grits. NO LIE. On topic, I think a juror must have gotten ill. There goes DS writing notes again and passing them down.
