6. 4023 - no family, financial, medical hardship; yes has heard of case; formed no opinion

7. 4083 - I don't know what happened here - I don't have this one excused but also have no notes either I'm thinking this is the AWOL attorney. I have the AWOL atty as 4380 - but I could have transposed, this went down quick and it was a challenge to keep up. We'll have to watch and see

8. 4192 - no hardship; has NOT heard of case; has formed no opinion

9. 4060 - no hardship; no hardship; yes has heard of case; formed no opinion

10. 4123 - no hardship; yes has heard of case; formed no opinion

So there is our next 10 - for tomorrow.

I think the way the jury pool of 30 was handled went much faster. They ended up getting 9 potential jurors out of it. Maybe this whole process would have gone faster if this procedure had been followed in the beginning.

ITA. I've never been called to jury duty when it wasn't handled like this. I guess there was a serious learning curve on this case. Since there really has been nothing like it before I am giving HHJP a pass on this one.

AF IMHO has the cadence of a person who does not really care about what she is asking. She seems like the most bored person ever, actually 'bored' would be some kind of emotion. I know she has been sick, but she has been like this the whole time. IMHO.

Alright, IMHO time. After ten days of typing out what AF is saying, she is aggressive and combative about those who agree with the death penalty. she is almost attacking them with her passive aggressive ways. she sends out the energy of not approving.

AF: I am not asking you to commit to a....(AF is being rude to this person because this person is as smart or smarter than AF. IMHO )
