So did the juror ever show up that missed appearing with the 29 other jurors? I'm wondering what excuse he/she will have? Wonder if HHBP will hold him/her in contempt?

He said he misunderstood the instructions. I'm not sure if he's there now or not.

Has HHJP told them yet how many alternates there will be? Because if it's like 6, each side gets 6 for a total of 12, and if they strike the first 12 alternates, they gotta take what comes along next.

Alleged victim. You have got to be kidding me. Whether accident or intentional, Caylee is a victim (and this was no accident, no way). What are they going to do next, allege that she never existed? Or she was allegedly kidnapped by an alleged nanny Casey knew for an alleged amount of years, recommended by alleged friends, and allegedly had all she needed for Caylee? I could go on an on. The defense is freakin' ridiculous getting upset at Caylee being called a victim!

married 28 yrs, sons 22, 25, spouse unemployed, surgical tech, medical field over 30 years, st pete jr college, in pinellas since 9 years old, family from new jersey. one boy home other in tampa, USf graduate, going into airforce as second lieutenant, been jury before in civil case. case suing someone. found the experience interesting.
Enjoys baseball, rays fan, bucks fan.
Makes yarn, does weaving.
