LOL - can't watch Nancy Grace - too sensational!

  • #184
Sounded like someone tried to "cough" back a laugh:crazy:

  • #185
She don't watch the news much. Too sensational.
She works in a day care and feels Casey is guilty.

  • #186
She works in Daycare.

She doesn't like that the babysitter was being blamed. A normal person wouldn't do that.

Just once I would love for a PJ to say "yes your honor, I've seen Baez on tv talking about this case which bothered me because it doesn't seem very ethical for an attorney to be talking about their case before it's ever been tried. Why would he do this when there's always concern about finding a jury to hear the case.

Former daycare worker...
this was very chilling to her, to see the nanny being used as a pawn...

JUst like nothing ever happened!!!!!

Just as I thought it would be!

*Still going to keep checking to see if a motion is filed later this morning or today!

Good Morning!

She believes she is guilty. Former caregiver. Mad about Zanny being used as a "smokescreen."

I'm not sure she's crying - I think she's just uber nervous. It is very intimidating to be in that chair with all those people watching you.

See, she is getting a little better now.

(((((AARRGGHH I overslept))))) I see there was nothing really said about yesterday - they just went on with business as usual.

PJ: The babysitter was pulled into this as a smoke screen.
PJ: That is not what a normal parent does.
PJ: I believe she is guilty. The actions I heard did not portray an innocent mother distraught for her child.

lmao.......she just slammed Nancy!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah and someone made a noise in the courtroom when she said that. hmmmm wonder who ...

PJ has formed an opinion. Worked with kids most of her life. Was very chilling to her to see the babysitter pulled into this a a smokescreen. This is not what a normal parent does. This to her was very telling. Believes she is guilty.

I have a question.. if you pay your DT $250.000 don't you think one of the people on that team could keep notes instead of ICA writing everything down. Just wondering.

On JVM one of the defense attorneys said the other day re the note taking:

EIGLARSH: No, she`s doing exactly what I tell my clients to do in every trial. Take a pen, write stuff down. I don`t care if you`re writing to your diary. Look like you are into the case.

That`s not suggesting that she`s not and this is manufactured. But think about it. They are looking over; they are judging her at every single moment. You can`t lose if you`re taking notes. If you`re looking down, it looks like you`re into the trial, you care about your outcome and you are determined to see this through and find yourself -- somehow get a jury to find you not guilty.

Maybe she's being advised to take notes? :dunno:
