Didn't 3310 say that his sister did her crime 17 years ago? And he is 57 so unless his mom and dad had a very late in life baby sister was not a minor at the time (IMO).

I keep reading that JB can ask for more strikes. If HHBP denies, is that an appeal issue?
I asked upthread but I think it got lost ..

He also went through a crime committed against his father by his own sister. I do not think he would take too kindly to Casey falsely accusing George and Lee of sexual abuse/incest just as a cover to her crime. That's not rehabilitated!

Moreover - sister went to (maybe) prison or other facility (mandatory rehab? psychiatric) because of her actions - so there is a concept of "time for the crime" in place

edited because I said prison and that was wholly an assumption on my part - PJ said "facility"

I wonder how Casey feels when at recess everyone gets up and goes on with life and she just sits there looking around for someone to babysit her.

I think she is fine with it....only wishes she could get up and move about...it is basically like a chit chat with the girls.....

Do we still have grandma visiting / baseball ticket guy?

I think so, IIRC. He said he gave his tickets to his sister. JP said he would help him get good tickets again.

Wish they wouldnt have flashed to the seal.....it looked like DS was trying to be private with her client, and instructing the bailiff of something. Like "please move away, I have a private matter to discuss. IMO
I saw that and I hope the bailiff does not let them push her around. They have no right to privacy in the courtroom.

Thank You, I thought I was the only one there for a second....his Sister commited a crime, tied up her parents and robbed them.....the family is all lovy dovy now, they couldnt be MORE PROUD of Sis...

It scream THE ANTHONYS....to me

With all due respect my opinion is that this family is grateful for the rehabilitation of their loved one. My family and many families have had moments of grief over the poor choices some of our other family members make.
When they end up paying the consequences and are able to become productive members of society we all rejoice and perhaps always have some concern that they may fall back into the life that caused the problems in the first place.
This is different from the crime of murder and especially the murder of a child.
Some folks just don't get it and need to spend eternity in jail or whatever God ends up giving them once lethal injection has been applied.
My opinion only.

I saw that and I hope the bailiff does not let them push her around. They have no right to privacy in the courtroom.

I think there was a memo that the inmate is "special"......Didn't you hear??????:maddening::floorlaugh:

We have 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now lets get them sworn in, and get some alternates

Yes, but...the family DID prosecute; they held her responsible. Besides, it wasn't murder.

His family and the Anthony's are strangers in the way they relate to each other IMO!! Love but with accountability!!:innocent:
