Yep, unfortunately it often seems that defendant has more rights than the victim. How wrong is that? And when they say evidence is too prejudical and is kept from being entered, that just baffles me.

BBM, I don't understand that either! I think there need to be major changes to our justice system. Maybe if the evidence is too prejudicial it just means she frigging did it. No?
