IMHO - no. JB is being very adamant that he wants to go through all the jurors before swearing in. After this guy, we have 9 left, with the option to call in more (possibly from other cases). No new jurors will be called in on Friday, as per court guidelines.

Sister was rehabilitated and is now married and has two children. He believes in rehabilitation. He has mentioned this twice. Once when talking about considering age as a mitigating factor as the defendant may have many years left to turn her life around and now this with his sister becoming a good citizen after having a messed up head years ago.

I really like this guy. He sounds very honest and his tone of voice makes me think he'd be very fair and reasonable. I hope he makes it.

This man's position concerning his sister committing a crime against his father might give him a special perspective on crime between family members. Don't know which team that might benefit more ~ defense or state?

Baez doesn't want to use his strike IMO. He wants this juror gone due to lying on the jury form about not knowing anyone who was a victim of a crime. IMO

It amazes me how much quicker the questioning of this juror is going than the ones before.
