going to try to trip him up now so they dont have to use strikes.

His colleagues think ICA is guilty
He has formed an opinion of guilty....bye bye

We'll see! I am betting he can "set it aside". This juror could be pivotal! He may force the DT to use their last strike!

The defense will use their last back strike then whine how unfair the jury selection process is. Ugh

  • #744
Love this guy...great answers:) Especially to Jose's 'How can you do that?" He didn't even balk:)

  • #745
He's a coach of some sort too.

Here comes Beaz.

Every time JP asks if they have an opinion of her "guilt" ICA always looks UP from her scribbling to stare at the pt..If I were her I'd rather hear those words "GUILTY" (which she knows is coming) with my head down (in shame) but not her!

I have to wonder why ICA doesn't flinch when each and every juror who comes up and says they have heard friends or co-workers talking about this case have all said those people think she is guilty. No one says - oh yeah, my friends this she is innocent and this is a rush to judgement - lol. All have said guilty.

And she just sits there. Once in a while her forehead gets red.

JB's attempt to taint the jury pool would have been far more successful if he had pushed ESPN to cover the story.

  • #750
says he reads the pittsburg times... I just knew I detected a pennsylvania accent!

Jim Lichtenstein: Ladies, (and some men, not that there's anything wrong with that) you would like this juror. Got a little Clooney-ish look. #caseyanthony

JB: you said you can set what you have read and heard aside, how can you do that?

I hear things on my job and I set things aside and decide on my own. I formulate my own opinion. That is something I do a lot of, I can do that.

JB: a kid may have misbehaved on monday but today is different...(is that what ICA is Jose? a kid that may have misbehaved on monday but...)

HHJP: cart before the horse speech.

ICA is not liking this teacher - glaring and shooting daggers.

  • #754
going to make the backstrike strategy very interesting - but I think they'll get him on cause...sadly

Unless he has other skeletons....I don't think that will wash...HHJP will deny.

  • #755
I don't see the big deal about waiting to get through the PJs but maybe I'm missing something (that isn't unusual... LOL).

Me either. It's almost better for the state since we have more strikes. I want a mother on the jury. Do we have any yet? Hopefully one walks in AFTER the DT has used the last strike.

Think the DT will still kick this guy to the curb.

Well, if they do, that's their last strike and we still have 12! :great:

I do like him..sounds good...
Hope the DT does not strike him.

  • #758
If the DT is smart (that's funny) they will hold on to their last strike until right before the swearing in. Then, if needed they may request more.

  • #759
Dang!! work just phoned and they are shorthanded and really want me to come in,so away I go! Will check in later .

PtP over (that was quick!)

on to the DP

((nurse asks her dog if he has to pee))
