Wonder why Baez is now addressing the court with phrases such as "If it please the court" "your honor" and "Sir?" Did he have a sudden revelation that this is proper protocol in court, or is it to impress the PJ's? Serious question. BTW, I am not a 'JB hater.' But I know BS when I see it. JMO.

I have dreamt about Judge Perry calling me as a juror and asking me what I have read or seen about this case and my answer was always "You want me to start from the beginning?" Judge Perry replies "Yes." and I say "Well, I know that Casey Marie Anthony did not report Caylee Marie Anthony missing for 31 days... in fact, Casey Marie Anthony did not even report Caylee Marie Anthony missing, Cindy Marie Anthony reported Caylee Marie Anthony missing... IN FACT... Casey wanted one more day... cause 31 days for a 2-year-old baby to be missing... out there somewhere... kidnapped... just wasn't enough for this "mother."

I htink he is telling the truth, that he *could* be fair to Casey. I think he can tell the difference between a court case and a case tried in the media.

No opinion about the DP. Hasn't really thought about cases re: DP. Has watched movies etc. abut the DP, but nothing "real."

I liked his explanation to JB about putting gossip aside, only in my experience the more you know about ICA the more you cringe.

I agree -- neither side will have to use a strike. The judge will let him go on cause because he has a preconceived notion that ICA is guilty.

They should just stop the questioning now!

I believe the Judge will give the DT more strikes if they ask for them.....he is bending over backwards for them, although I don't know the law on this, maybe he does not have to since he is going to let them question all of the jurors that remain. But if they ask, they may just receive, and strike strike to make them get rid of this whole jury, if that is what ICA wants!!!! since she is the CEO..
