While I don't disagree, there are a lot of people (most?) that when finally presented with that option, would probably have a hard time making that decision. It is not in a (normal) human beings nature to kill or condemn to be killed, regardless of the circumstance.

Oh 'Beach! You missed a lot!!!! There was also the PJ that said talking went on the jury room yesterday (the one that was a pool for a bunch of trials) and everyone thought Casey was guilty! We're so expecting a motion from the DT about it!
