yeah I don't believe her. She also suffers from depression and I feel she could never vote for death and would be bias to kc if her brain development issue comes up. i don't think kc has a brains issue i think she is selfish and cold.

He's not a fixer, so so far so good. It will just miraculously be fixed after jury is sworn in.

Bad back...sciatica - I am in total sympathy. Very easy to be depressed when you are that much pain.

I happen to be one who truly doesn't care if ICA is sentenced to LWOP or death. I prefer LWOP and her sitting in front of a TV set with a DVR or Caylee Marie talking and playing while visiting her great grandfather on the father's day before she went missing. Play it over and over and over for 24/7. That is punishment enough for me. I don't have to have death as long as she serves FOREVER!

I've suffered from depression during periods in my life, and am generally against the DP, but could vote for the DP in this case if the evidence called for it. Just because someone has experienced depression, anxiety, or another mental illness doesn't mean they can't be a good juror.

And I have been a juror, and I did vote to convict.

ETA: I wouldn't buy a brain development problem as a reason for killing someone.
