O/T....How does a felon get their civic rights restored? Isn't that part of being a felon...you can't vote...you can't serve on jury...:waitasec:

A felon can go before a judge and ask to have their record expunged. They will have to have to have served their time (if sentenced to jail) and paid all fines and have a clean record since that time.
