I am too ... to the extent that I made my husband ( a cop) jump up and down until we got a CIT ... didn't take much coaxing, he is sick of having to treat mentally ill patients the same as he would a real criminal. I guess I jumped on the bandwagon too

BUt the law does allow for more strikes, and there is precedent for this. It is up to the judge, but JB is allowed to ask.

Ahhh, see I did not know that, thanks. Well then since HHJP denied his request for any further strikes I wonder if Baez will use that as a base for his appeal...cause you know we are going to get an appeal on this case one way or another. DT can't help themselves.

No they do not have to give them a map of when they are being called, only a general witness list.
