Ahhh, see I did not know that, thanks. Well then since HHJP denied his request for any further strikes I wonder if Baez will use that as a base for his appeal...cause you know we are going to get an appeal on this case one way or another. DT can't help themselves.

He will certainly attempt it, ultimately imo will fail because I saw a new last night that HHJBP has seated many, many juries before this was and have never been overturned on appeal for this issue. And quite a few were high profile. Not as high as this but still.

BTW It is also common in Fla. to seat juries this way for DP cases!
