Funny that the PJ mentioned Cincinnati, since I was thinking he sounds an awful lot like Les Nesman (any WKRP fans out there?).

I'm a total klutz and always have a bandaid on at some spot or another. Just like Les. LOL I could have sworn turkeys could fly.

This is the THIRD guy? I must have missed the second. I assume he is white or asian since the first guy was AFAM. ?

I was in a jury selection group and we were asked to raise our hands if ever pulled over for dui....I was shocked that half the 100 did raise their hands.

Which doesn't make any sense actually. If DUI is an issue, why are these people eligible for jury duty to begin with? I don't get it.

His class in the future will include the entire country and his lessons will be found in the form of a book sold on Amazon.
:)

Oh I never thought of it that way. He could have sympathy for KC--thinking that if he'd had the chance maybe he could have "saved her". That "saving" complex has a name I just can't think of it right now. I am on the fence about this guy right now.

:cow:

But in working with that kind of program, he probably knows the difference between someone who can be saved, and someone who can't. That might be helpful to the jury.

This juror knows too much about how to behave when arrested...he teaches how to behave.

  • #389
This case, like it or not, will make history. He can be a part of what he teaches in more than one way.

Helicopter!

:twocents:I am not feeling this guy,he's a negotiator, has the ability to sway some jurors to his position, better be sure who's side he is on before selecting. In addition he's used to giving orders, will he follow JP's orders, I do not trust this guy for some reason, just a hinky feeling JMHO

Maybe KC could SKYPE from jail as a guest in his class........she'd be an expert then right??

  • #393
Is it me or were a lot of transplanted Ohioans potential jurors??!!?! So weird!

ICA is a transplanted Ohioan as well, so a jury of her peers indeed. :great:

CM is so rude...If I was on the jury, I would not like him at all:maddening:

The defense wanted those folks on the jury.

Yeah, to jail..where the punks are..to show them where you wind up when you drop out. J/K to any drop outs out there. I know we have some admirable ones here who pulled themselves up by the bootstraps to get their GED!!

Cm is abrasive (sp). I like this guy.

  • #398
This guy is making the DT itch.

  • #399
His voice reminds me of Ron Paul...

  • #400
He seems very honest. That should confuse the defense.

IMO, the DT doesn't want someone with his background on the jury. He could be an effective arguer. If he does make it, they should make him foreman.
