Here's another clue this is a high profile case, Mr. Mason. Your behind is standing there on a pro bono basis.

Good grief!! CM asked for the name of the attorney friend!! And, the guy gave him the name!!!! :tsktsk:

  • #403
This guy sounds alright.

  • #404
I can't get a read on this guy. He sounds just like Hubby's bff and Lawd, he would not make a good juror. *snicker.

  • #405
I respectfully disagree. I think he would be a great juror~! Keep in mind, this is a strong case - I don't doubt that! I also think he could contribute to the jury deliberations.

This guy is trying toooooo hard. My bet he wants on the jury. Can incorporate it in his teaching. Hope the state X's him.

This juror knows too much about how to behave when arrested...he teaches how to behave.

He teaches at risk students and does life skills - so his knowledge isn't too unusual in that situation

  • #407
This guy creeps me out big time. JMO

  • #408
Loves murder mysteries......he's gonna be gone........

can separate factions from fict LOL

Oh I never thought of it that way. He could have sympathy for KC--thinking that if he'd had the chance maybe he could have "saved her". That "saving" complex has a name I just can't think of it right now. I am on the fence about this guy right now.

:cow:
My train of thought on this is like you see with some cops who develop a (cannot find the word) cynical view of people since they see a lot of criminal activity all the time. This guy has seen so many kids making stupid choices and it probably has made him somewhat cynical while he still can hold it in check with others, he inwardly is disgusted.

I hope I was able convey what I was thinking ok.

 CM faction and fiction

According to MC, the Prosection will have:

more witnesses
more "professional testimony"
more "evidence"

but pj should disregard all of that. hee hee

OT I tool law 101 during my undergrad years. first thing the prof said was. NEVER PLEAD GUILTY, EVER!

wow, the court room is full

  • #414
What significance does reading any of these books have on one's ability to be a juror? Does he really think people can't distinguish fact from fiction? Or he is showing off his own reading skills?

  • #415
wow full house today.

  • #416
Wow! It's packed in the courtroom..Is that cos JP is supposed to 'swear' the jurors today?

  • #417
I think FG and CM don't like him. Both hesitated at some questions.

  • #418
Murder and mystery book fans always get CM down......
