Does anyone else get the impression that this juror is giving answers that he thinks the questioner wants to hear?

:cow:
Kinda, MOO...I think he thinks she is guilty as sin, wants on the jury, and will be on the jury. He is putting the cart behind the horse today. :floorlaugh:

Maybe if AF added a little personality or inflection to her questions she would be easier to understand. It is like she is just reading from a script!! So dull and monotonous.

This guy is trying toooooo hard. My bet he wants on the jury. Can incorporate it in his teaching. Hope the state X's him.

  • #304
yikes says no age, maturity, he is confused

  • #305
Go easy there - just in a State vote - good answer for Finnell...

I'm confused, I thought Florida already has the DP, so why did AF even ask that question?

  • #306
I am thoroughly confused -Why did this PJ would tell HHJP that he is neutral on the DP, and would/could follow the law and instructions provided him, YET, he tells AF that he'd vote against the DP??? No entiendo!

16 made it through, even with backstrikes we have 12. 1 strike left for the DT, 3 for the SA's.

2 dismissed for cause this morning, one on the stand now

  • #308
Once he heard if the Judge gives you age as an instruction can you consider it, he then said YES. HAHA, AF didn't get cause on that issue.

Note to public: As much as we are tempted, the rule of an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth went out about 300(?) years ago? Tee hee

Mercy? Oh no, he is outta here, SA will strike

Well, at least this PJ is giving Ms Finnell the answers she wants to hear. He is one smart dude.

I think he wants to be here. He is telling both sides what they need to hear. Good strategy. I think he will be fair though. Just thinking that he may be the kind that helps everyone come to a concensus. He is a government teacher. AF EVEN LIKES HIM.

This is an opportunity for this man to Walk his Talk -so he's excited, and I get that. I think he'd be a good juror.

Where is Miss Simms this morning?

  • #316
I find the eye for an eye saying really weird considering the judge and his one eye.

I think he would be a better jry member for the state then the defence.

I love how George leaves the podium with a big smile on his face...and also when JB is up talking to the Judge, you can see George laughing hard on the inside.

  • #318
He seems to answer what he thinks they want to hear, depending on whom is questioning him. jmo

PJ is on 3rd marriage.

Finnell said that if the mitigating evidence outweigh the aggravating evidence. I didn't think any mitigating evidence would ever outweigh aggravating evidence. Their mitigating evidence is going to be her families character testimony.
