married 3 times. one son, 23 yrs old. no grandchildren. has two stepchildren, 1 boy and one girl.
hmmmmmmm....will the state strike?
pulled over for a possible DUI...changed to careless driving. he was arrested.
Resolved through a plea.

sue alot of drunk in FL. lol This is the 3rd juror out of like 200 they have interviewed that were arrested on a dui. That seems like a big percentage out of a small group!

Well he turned on a dime about the Age question so I am thinking that he just really thinks being on this Jury would be great for him to be able to use in his future teaching career. JMO

I like this guy - the DT won't like him, but I do. However, I was always partial to my Government/History teacher back in HS - he was a good guy.

Has no ill will towards LE - knew he was in the wrong.

Has a Masters - yup, he is too smart for the DT.

I was in a jury selection group and we were asked to raise our hands if ever pulled over for dui....I was shocked that half the 100 did raise their hands.
