2 males dismissed this morning, 1 male retained (US Gov. teacher), 1 female excused (would want to hear ICA testify)

1 female up now.

Well it may not be legal but really if one is on trial for their life, is it really that out of the question to expect them to get up on the stand and explain themselves/defend themself?! Unless they are mentally challenged or completely inarticulate, It does seem logical to me!

IMO -This PJ woman has a "beautiful life." Now the ICA may be jealous; however, I am in total agreement with you, she may need her as a contact for her future job, when she gets through being inconvenienced with all of this.

fat chance of that happening....defense doesn't have to put on any defense but I too want to hear it from the horses mouth, so to speak....:maddening:

I can't understand how ICA just zones out....then has that huge belly laugh when she has her life on the line...I just can't wait for opening statements...then I can't wait for the verdict....I know, putting the cart before that horsie....:crazy:
