This woman just said she was hoping for the child to be found alive...ICA's eyebrows went up and shook her head yes.....Nice try ICA but that won't fly...once jurors get to hear you did nothing to help find Caylee, the 31 days, the partying, smell of death....

Learned the child was not found alive...is there anything about the nature of those facts, could cause you to not be able to fairly base the facts solely on the evidence.....long pause......well, I can judge on just the facts and evidence...I believe that I haven't heard the mothers side of the story and I can't judge on something I know nothing about...

I told you that Def entered a plea of not guilty that you must presume that she is innocent...do you have any problem...no problem with that possibility...I have no judgement about her....Ms Anthony is not required to present any evidence to prove anything...I don't understand, I'm sorry...she doesn't have to prove any evidence, doesn't have to prove she is innocent...oh, okay I understand that...

Absolute right to remain silent..they don't have to testify and as you said earlier, she doesn't have to tell her side of the story...would you have any problem abiding by that and hold it against her....no problem....
