I just teared up when NG played those videos. Caylee was so tiny. So sweet. She would be two months younger than my son who's sitting next to me building Legos right now. How heartbreaking!

Her mugshots are dated and she seems to have a habit od smiling for them

We all want to know why, but we don't make outbursts in a courtroom during jury selection. Something that has a whole panel been in there... or had she happened to wander in there during the swearing in, would have completely tarnished the entire jury.

Fake crying and breath holding. The idea was to impress HHJP how 'upset' she was. Bethany Marshall said forget all about the claims to Bipolar, on meds,on Methadone, this woman is yet another stalker, someone who has obsessed with the case and went deliberately to that courtroom to shout out and insert herself into the case.

NG asking LKB about her telling '48 Hours' ICA's actions have been her own worst enemy. LKB: before I got into the case, I was concerned "why", now three years of party pictures, etc. it's going to be a very hard case for JB, even though they not supposed to have to prove anything.

NG showing photos of ICA after Caylee "goes missing". LKB: needs to be explained, not explained away; can't get rid of opinions you have no matter how hard you try.

I think this is the genesis of the rift between KC and JB. JB, IIRC, while talking to a potential juror asked them what they would think if the defendant didn't take the stand. Not letting KC take the stand would be the smartest thing JB could do. JMO

If KC takes the stand she'll be ripped apart by the prosecution. She thinks she can lie her way out of anything. If she does end up taking the stand they may as well strap her to the gurney and administer the lethal injection right then. JMO

How can they possibly put a stone-cold sociopath on the stand? Sociopaths, charming, attractive and articulate (as we have seen KC for the last 2 weeks) are only so when they are "in control"
When Linda and Jeff get a hold of her they will expose her evil, angry darkness ( which we have also seen in the last 2 weeks) in about 1 minute. She will not be in control with them.

That's the most hilarious thing I've read all day! kc barely turned around and no one in the court seemed at all fazed! The media REALLY needs to re-watch the video and the reactions of the people around. NOTHING!
