Does Casey taking the stand worry you??? I think she will really put on a performance for the jury.......

A little bit, UNTIL I get a grip, and remember that Ashton and Company have prosecuted 30 Capital Murder Cases and WON 27 of them.

Casey may think she is slick, and she is, for the first few minutes. I am sure that she and her team will put on a tremendous performance for the jury.

But once it goes to cross examination, she will get torn to shreds. She will never be able to survive their experienced professional onslaught. If she tries to say Kronk or Jesse or Lee or George took Caylee from her she will FAIL and implode. They will rip her story apart because she is actually a TERRIBLE liar.

I respectfully disagree - ICA will never realize that her lies ain't good. She just isn't wired that way. You are right about her liking to talk too much and that's why I think she's been hounding JB - I really think she wants to take the stand because she really thinks she can "smooze" not only LDB, JA and FG but the jury too. She just doesn't see that anyone and everyone with a lick of sense can see right through her. JMHO

IF Casey takes the stand I say let Linda Drane Burdick at her! Casey will not be able to control her temper on that stand during cross. I do not believe she will be taking the stand until she has to beg for mercy... which she will not do because she will tell the jury they are wrong and won't show any kind of sympathy towards Caylee and then they will sentence her to death!

Plus, the jury is going to see just how effective of a liar Casey is during her interviews with LE! Also, don't forget what she said in that phone call home...

Glad you brought that up Panthera. I'm thinking ICA will be transported back to Orange county tonight. Remember - she was being held in the jail's medical ward. And where do you think they are holding that woman? She was obviously in distress and we all know about the drug abuse - yep - right there too. I thought about that immediately when we first saw her this morning.

I bet HHJP ordered that she be taken back to Orang county ASAP - in fact, she's probably on her way now. Can't take that chance.

I think LA said CA choked KC in an argument on the night of the 15th of June. GA supposedly grabbed KC around the neck and pushed her up against the wall when KC was out on bail and wanted her to tell them what happened to Caylee. Not sure but I think this was witnessed by GA friend from Ohio who was there at the time. I don't remember anyone reporting CA choked KC when she was out on bond. jmo

Lennie changes his opinion daily. Now he thinks ICA can give reasonable doubt if she takes the stand? LDB and JA would smush her to pieces!

They would rip her to shreds. She really is a horrible liar. The only thing she had going for her was the sheer audacity of her stories. She caught the detectives off guard briefly because they could not believe anyone would lie so enthusiastically, and swear to such blatant lies on the record, on camera, and under oath. They played along on the wild goose chase to Sawgrass and Universal and Zanny's moms house, all the while scratching their heads at the nerve of this girl, who made up detail after mindless detail, and spouted it off like she was chatting with friends over lunch. They were astounded.
