The deputy stopped ICA during her strut out of the courtroom. Looked like they were waiting for someone to leave or move or something.

I think for the judge to leave.

:yes: Neptunian :tyou: I totally agree regarding Casey's (non) reaction. No one at Websleuths saw any different but in those first few seconds INsession tried reporting that Casey as very upset and seemed "worried for her life."

Now, is that just really not being in tune with the same reality as the rest of us, or is that agenda I smell? :innocent:

I don't really care...but I do kinda care...how can they report on things that are not true? And, it is a good thing people get their news from other places than television. :yes: :thumb:

Drives me batty! NG the last few days talking about how casey "burst" into tears when court was adjourned early - no she did not! She wiped the outer corners of her eyes, with a straight face and no tears. And the next day, she reported how casey got into a spat and "threw up her hands and stalked from the courtroom", as if she got fed up and decided on her own to leave. Come on! I saw her say something to Jose as she was already being escorted out for the day, life her hands slightly in a questioning manner and then continue walking. Yes, she seems upset with JB these days but the sensationalism is too much.

I turn on NG hoping for recaps and get no real news at all. I hate the montages, the random sound bites from the last three years and the extreme exaggeration. We just can't trust the "news".

does anyone here really wish when they are questioned on viewing habits someone anyone would pip up with the interviews recently aired on TruTV with DT?????? Or LKB interviews as of late???? They've been all over

Yes, just once I would like a potential juror to get up and say, yes Mr Baez I've seen you, and all the other attorneys that have ever worked on this case, giving interviews left, right and center.

talking about the juror that LDB found a felony on which makes them unqualified to serve - the Judge asked yesterday if the State had "J & S" - judgement and sentence info on them? LDB said they did not have the J&S info yesterday - but they have it today.
Judge asked if Defense wants to stipulate and excuse that juror now, or wait until they get here and talk to them. Baez said wait until "she" gets here.

1 male and 1 female passed thru for now...but the highlight of the day was went a crazy woman had an outburst in the courtroom. YOu have got to watch Patty G's youtube of the incident, ICA was totally unfazed. It was in the midst of a pot juror being questioned, then Cheney Mason asked the juror to be dismissed. You can see on the video miss ICA, CEO tells Mason "That's exactly what you should do" at 4:55 on Patty's video...

Im thinking the bailiffs stopped her so they could check on her lil' friend that went through those same doors a few minutes before her. If that lady can say that in open court...imagine what shes saying to her across the bars.....

I'm thinking the real fireworks are going to begin around 2:30ish. They have just pretty much let everyone pass the last couple of days and it's going to be, (to borrow a phrase from Grandkids) "On like Donky Kong" before the swearing.

Haven't been paying much attention to the jurors being questioned this AM but a woman came into court and during the questioning of a potential juror the woman stood (with her shoes off) and yelled something like 'she already killed someone'...other poster help me here.

Judge brought the woman back after clearing the court and a recess and listened to the woman's litany of mental health problems (on methodone as well) and then put the woman in jail for 2 days.

I think you will be able to catch the video on HLN, NG etc. Other's will help you with juror list oh and swearing in of jurors to be at apprx. 3 PM

We did not find out as far as I know. From what I heard and remember the judge "dropped" the subject.

But, that is the second time I have heard the "men in black" spoken about in this case. Amil had said the first two days there were "men in black suits" standing at the doorway, she said what department, swat? I don't remember that part but she said they were gone after that.

I don't know why there would be "men in black suits" in the hallway speaking about the case? :dunno: And it is funny that they are described as "men in black suits" no one ever says "men in grey suits."

And NG says Tot Mom was out dancing while others searched for her baby- the searchers came after July 16; the dancing prior to.
