2011.05.20 Sidebar Thread (Jury Selection Day Eleven)

Here's a Toast to All - what an emotional roller coaster of a day (10 days !).
I've uncapped a 1/5 of Jack Black and popped the top on a diet coke to have along with a long deep sigh of relief.

Now for that grocery list. Gotta make sure I have enough to get me through all week so I don't have to leave the house during the trial. Off to the recipe section to find some cook ahead items for hubbies dinners.

See you guys later ! Whoop Whoooop

Justice is comin' little girl. And we'll all be right there with you when it arrives.

Does anyone know if there are going to be any webcams linked here (i.e., courthouse, Hopespring, etc)?

I'm practicing making this face of jeff ashton's to calm myself down! I know seating this jury is a DANG GOOD THING but I am just so overwhelmed from today!

ps just figured out how to attach a pic, it only took 2 years....thanks to SOTS for inspiring me :D

:floorlaugh:OMG-I saved that to my puter!!! I have a feeling I may be using it quite a few times in the next 6-8 weeks!!:great:

I am so glad they are not starting till Tues! That just happens to be THE ONLY day of the week I have off from work! I was soooo disappointed when they didn't start last Tues! I will be able to see opening statements!:woohoo:

DH actually brought me home a bottle of champagne to celebrate the jury. I almost feel bad that I sabotaged the washing machine......almost.

I'd like to propose a toast to JP, Sir, I doubted you and you pulled it off. Lesson learned, now where did I put that dang grilled crow, and pass the beer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Earlier this afternoon I walked past a woman on the phone who said" her nose was red when she came back in.Yes it was" then she repeated and added,"it was red when she came back in,when they were asking her question."

I forced myself to walk on by ,but I wanted to ask her if she was falling Caylee's case (refuse to call it ICA's case, this is not about HER).

So,would the WSer in the Reagan National Airport ,DC,please reveal yourself?

THANK YOU so very much for that lovely reminder. Tears now as the realization settles that we are finally on our way. Shew.

I ganked the screenie off yesterday's sidebar, I cant recall who did it because I had been awake about 6 minutes at that point and I have no sense for at least 3 hours :biglaugh:

this link http://www.wftv.com/video/27953699/index.html at about 4.01 it happens....I watched it a lot :$

I just noted, a little while ago, that there were a little over 900 viewers on Caylee's forum...

Celebrating tonight=the beginning of the end.

One thing I did "get" listening to all these jurors is that people really don't pay attention to MISSING CHILDREN reports. We're going to have to do something about that.
Hugs to our little ray of sunshine, Caylee.........

LOL LOL You just summed up all our lives for this next three days!

Mr. Bogey just came home and bought me a cold bottle of Chateau Ste Michelle Chardonnay 2009! Cheers "klink-klink" to all!

Great day for Caylee!!!!

What I find so amazing since this is the very first time DP qualifications for jury has ever been streamed..then to have it done within 2 weeks..especially for a 2 month long sequestered jury..Yikes..Judge Perry you ROCK!! and you goterDONE!!..It took an extra week..but it was worth it!! TY TY TY:great::woohoo:...

I think I recall it took months to get the Scott P. jury seated!!! Man oh man..doesnt that just tell you something about this JUDGE ???...

Im impressed indeed and feel far more educated in the system down south of me...We dont have DP trials up here!!..Not to mention NO live viewing of trials!!..

Kudo's for JP, and all the wonderful "W/Sleuthers" who were so so helpful in keeping things straight!! And also wish to renew my big TY to Nursebeeme for this list!!
