This is what I think the Judge will do today...once all the PJ are questioned he will announce the first 12 will be sworn in. This is when both sides has to use their back strikes. We will have 12, then they get the other strikes for the alternates.

I wonder if the SAO will share a list of even 20 potential witness names in order of appearance with the DT so they can prepare their case. LOL!! Does anyone on the defense even know how foolish they sound when they confide they haven't even got the brain power to imagine and plan on how the story will unfold.

I was absolutely amazed at that discussion between Judge Perry and mason yesterday. Basically, mason was admitting just how incompetent they were, that they did not have their files in order.

Outrageous, at this late date. imo.

Really? I don't use Firefox-I use IE and haven't had a problem!:waitasec:

I use 'Google Chrome' & I never have any problems.

On busy days such as these I use the K-Meleon browser. It is a very simple browser that runs extremely fast. It also allows you to block animation and all the page advertisements by setting your privacy options.

This morning I ran a virus/spyware scan on my PC. It came up 6 tracking cookies, deleted them. Late yesterday the reflector site just wouldn't run right. It would be fine then 5 minutes later it stopped. I just opened up the site and got the test pattern and all is fine. I'm thinking it was those tracking cookies. It might be a good idea if all cleaned their cookies too.

Firefox is one smart site - if it freezes - I'd believe it - that's your best clue Firefox has found something nasty you don't need. Why not go to cnn.com/live and watch live streaming? It goes on without a blip every time.

Maybe the DT was counting on not getting a jury the first time around. It would take months to find another courthouse with openings to allow HHJP to come in. Then at least a few more months to reschedule the trial in Orange county.
