Casey must be able to see that this is all falling apart in front of her.

How I wish there was a tally for all the "sustain's"...and the moments of dead silence while JB tries to figure out what other way he can ask a question...

Any chemistry majors here? Was the car tested for chlorine as well as chloroform? I would think these chemicals are a bit different.

OMG I can't remember what I wore last Tuesday ! JB is asking GA to remember what CA wore three years ago????

just thought it out some, I haven't seen my Aunt Eileen in about a year. I love her dearly but we have feared that she will pass away soon (has breathing problems) I totally remember what she was wearing when I saw her last summer. Now do I remember that because I think she's going to pass or would I have remembered that regardless? i dunno...what I do know is I love my Aunt Eileen like crazy....and that is the last time I saw her. I also love my children like crazy but probably couldn't tell you what they were wearing yesterday - one memory replaces the next...if there's no new memory, it probably sticks better...know what I'm getting at?

I always thought it odd that the Anthony's did not know who the nanny was. On the rare occasions that someone other than myself cared for my grandkids, my daughters ALWAYS gave me the name and contact info, in case of an emergency!

Also, I can't FATHOM parents NOT asking who the father of my grandchild was! YIKES!
Also, if Casey were working, wouldn't the parents have expected to SEE some evidence of $$$?

I'm not seeing anything similar to Johnny Cochran.

and I'm disliking him more and more.

Not loving or disliking GA or CA right now but for God's sake just tell the truth. He is under oath in a court of law tell the truth.

JB is using the things GA said ,to SAVE HIS DAUGHTER"S @$$ ,against him.

and I'm disliking him more and more.

I'm somewhere in between. I still don't think GA is telling the whole truth but I'm happy he isn't going along with the allegations the defense made about him.

You cannot compare recalling what his granddaughter was wearing the last time he remembers buckling her in her car seat and the last time he saw her, to what his wife wore that day or the next.

Apples and oranges.

JMHO
fran

We also have not heard any testimony or read any documents where GA has commented on whether or not he saw Cindy prior to her leaving for work around 7 am.....

My SO is at work today...and I cannot tell you what he is wearing today...sure hope he doesn't show up missing...

No wonder this trial will last so long. For JB to keep asking the same questions after the objection is sustained, over and over & then for JA to have to get up and object to the next one of the questions, is gonna take til Next Summer to get thru this trial...Take a class JB!!

Hummm, betcha ICA won't be seeing any more $$$$ coming from the rents any time soon. Use the tough love approach CA/GA. Just use it.

I don't buy this either. That neither George nor Cindy ever met or spoke to the nanny. <snip> .

Not being snarky by any means, but my parents have never met any of my children's babysitters or daycare providers. While I think it's great that you and your family are willing to babysit, some families aren't made that way. I can still hear my Dad saying, "I raised my children, and I'm not raising yours".

Looks like CM is having a good chuckle at the sidebar

Is it common to have this frequency of objections to cross? I don't watch a lot of trials.

Not normally so many in a row. He doesn't know how to rephrase with without asking for speculation on the part of the witness.

JB is all over the place. Pregnancy, baby-daddy, clothes, cindy's clothes, gas cans. How in the world can the jury follow any of this?
