How much time does LDB have left?

She has two hours so I would say she has at least an hour since HHJP took a while to instruct the jury, and they took a 15 min break.

Maybe Because she didn't "put her hands in her back pockets", LDB must have got that little detail wrong. Remember how she grabs on to tiny details to discount what is being said about her.

lol that must be it.

Another thing I have to ask is this:
Will trial really last 8 weeks??????

The way LDB is kicking butt in her opening,,,,this trial may be over by the closing of court today.

ICA ---->>> :truce:

The teddy bear was there for Caylee, though, not Casey, I think...:(

It was a propaganda prob for Cindy. The jury does not need to see that and it violates the orders. I want them to rip that notepad out of her hand considering she is a material witness and is taking notes. That infuritates me! :maddening:

Evidence sent to FBI Lab in Quantico, VA. You will hear that evidence/Testimony establishes that forensic science has discovered that there is a distinctive band of discoloration that occurs at the root end of the hair under very specific & unique circumstances. Has only been in hairs taken from decomposing bodies. Of many hairs found in the Sunfire, one hair exhibited the classic circumstances described.

Someone on the WFTV blog said that CA has been told in the courtroom to put the teddy bear away.

GREAT PROSECUTION STRATEGY. Nice and linear. Hitting the points.

Inescapable conclusion that there had been a dead body in the (I thought she was going to say damm) car.

There in the back yard near Caylee's playhouse, Gerus alerted to the odor decomposition. (a 2nd dog did the same)

Crimescene techs dug up in backyard where dogs alerted, did not find Caylee.

Evidence from the car was also preservered, hair, carpet lining the trunk, spare tire cover, collected in tin cans by OCSO. Samples of LA, CA, GA, & hairbrush w/sample dna was taken. The hair & other debris collected from kc's pontiac sunfire was sent to FBI headquarters in Quantico VA. Forensic science has discovereod that the is a distinctive band of discoloration . . . only occurs in decomposing human bodies. One hair from the trunk had these same characteristics. The ability of those who have smelled a dead body before know what it is. these findings led to find an inescapable conclusion that there had been a dead body in the car. (kc shakes head NO)

jose drumming his fingers nervously...

mason reading along on his laptop

(jose looks very unhappy)

Bold mine.

I think he's worried that he won't be able to live up to his nickname of "Juanny Cochran."

When I see ICA shaking her head it seems to me that she is almost correcting the story..."It didn't happen like that, it was more like 🤬🤬🤬"

exactly - and they are very insignificant factoids she wants to correct. Like the levity of the conversation in the car, or if she smiled before she spoke, or if her hands were in her pockets. WHO CARES ABOUT THAT STUFF....you were lying whether your hands were in your pockets or not !!

  • #1,599
These finding lead to the inescapable argument that a dead body HAD been in the trunk of ICA's car.

she really believes the jurors will be as gullible and easy to manipulate as her parents were. imo

I dont think so, I think she realises she has met her match. LDB is TOTALLY different fromthe people she has fooled in the past. :)
