Jurors can take notes if they want to for personal use. They cannot leave the courtroom.

The judge will destroy the notes....no one will ever read the jurors notes.

don't speculate on why objections are made or sustained....don't speculate on what might have been heard if there was not an objection (if she/he were permitted to answer). You may take notes but you don't have to.

Good morning all....ICA looks scared, did she not think this was going to happen?

She never thought this day was going to happen. I'm sure in her fantasy world she believed she would be let go. This is becoming very real to her.

Cuz the state had 6 seats reserved for themselves and were gracious enough to offer up a couple of seats for GA & CA so they would be guaranteed seats!
