I have to say, LDB is doing GREAT! Laying out things very concisely, clearly, in an easy-to-follow manner. Regardless of what she actually says, the GIST is so clear: KC lied about Caylee's whereabouts, about having a job, about having a nanny, about every thing imaginable!

Aside: KC's pursed lips and dead stare - even with the occasional head shake of "no" - is NOT helping her whatsoever. She looks nothing other than completely belligerent.

It's been a long time, but I THINK I remember hearing that she was fired because she didn't show up to work again after Caylee was born (just stopped going).

This is what I just saw on KC's face....nothing, nothing, nothing (all while her lies are being spelled out") then more nothing, nothing, nothing and LBD says "she smiles and says" and Casey's face twists.....so she very upset that she allegedly smiled before saying she doesn't work there....a very insignificant fact....not twisted about the lies themselves, but the "smile" ....wowzers.

2 hours for each side . . . coming up on the end of 2 hrs for LDB (not including the break time). Not sure if HHBP has a "clock running" or if he will hold both sides to this exact minute.

Det Posey is left with the impression from Casey that night that this is no big deal. At four in the morning on wed july 16th dect Yuri Melich arrives at the Anthony house. He reviews the handwritten statement. She speaks with him, he tapes the conversation. He says this is true, do you want to change anything on this statement? Casey says no way this is the truth. One thing she had relayed was that she had another phone that was lost at Universal and employees at Universal she had told about this situation. YM asked Casey to take him to the location where she left Caylee. Casey takes him to Sawgrass, she takes him to a residence supposedly of ZG mother. No one is contacted no one is found they return to Hopespring with no Caylee.

Casey goes back into her house, YM begins his investigation and that investigation begins at Universal Studios. YM contacts a employee of Universal Studios in order to determine where Casey works and where these others work and can be contacted. YM learns Casey does not work at Universal, she has not worked here in years, the people she told you work here, they do not work here. So detective Melich and John Allen and Appie Wells make contact with Casey. YM calls Casey and says you work at Universal and this is the right info? She says yes that is it, he knows its a lie. Maybe they all have it wrong, maybe if Casey comes out to Universal Studios we can get this right, maybe we have names wrong. She agrees to come out to Universal and they pick her up and she directs them to the park has idle chit chat along the way and they get to the gate and she is denied access. they are suggesting she does not work there, she says I forgot it, I don't have it. They are allowed to come in anyway. Casey is supposed to show them where she works or where she left her phone. Evidence that Casey walks with purpose walks in, and true to what you will see in this case, is at the end of the hall. And she puts her hands in her back pocket and smiles, alright I don't work here.

Det. Allens, Wells and Melich speak with Casey on tape at Universal where she admits to them that she has been lying to them about working at universal. Because that is the lie the evidence will show they caught her in. She will not waiver in her story about the nanny. So in an effort to find this person she insist exists the detc take her and show her pictures in the DL data base ZGF. There is none in the pictures. At this point since Casey admitted to them that she lied during this process of investigation she was arrested. At this point the investigation by neccessity takes two different paths. One to locate this person who Casey says took her daughter ZGF, tips all over the country gas stations air ports...tips followed up on by different LE in different states...etc. no Caylee Anthony.
