Sorry to be nit-picking but just have to say, is it just me or does anyone else feel disgusted when you see KC take a sip of water? I wonder how many times poor Caylee wanted a drink of water and she was too busy texting/playing on the computer to get up and quench Caylee's thirst.

She only appeared to be a good mother in front of people. She was NOT a good mother.

You find nothing relevent to Casey borrowing a shovel a day or two after she claims that her daughter accidently died in a pool accident when she had shovels of her own in her very own shed? She had no problem breaking into the shed to get gas cans... why not break into the shed to get a shovel??

Not in light of what the State laid out that they are there to prove.

I don't mean to pick at Caseys appearance or her clothes but this look makes her look very hard. Not soft and motherly, the look the DT should insist on. If I was her I would have my hair cut and put some layers in it and that's just for starters! The hairstyle is like what you would see 30 years ago from a a hospital matron, I'm not sure what you call it in America but the lady in charge of a ward. Very stern, nothing motherly about her at all.

The state shouldnt have needed him without evidence tied to the shovel. IMO

it is huge in terms of an investigation but once it turns out not to be related it makes it look like the state is tossing stuff out for no purpose.IMO

I think it goes to prove her odd behaviour while the baby was missing, and what on earth would she be doing with a shovel only once in over at least 5 years that BB was a neighbor and she was old enough to do any 'yardwork' around the place.

I think you're correct. However, I'm confused as to why someone with a shed, and a yard, and invasive bamboo would not own a shovel themselves. But that's besides the point...I think she googled shovel because she was thinking of buying one.

George and Cindy most certainly have a shovel or two. Casey didn't want to use one that belonged to her parents for the dirty deed, so she planned to buy a shovel and then probably toss it.

If the pictures of ICA in bars never get into evidence, then the testimony today from the people who partied with her, was very lame & did not paint the true picture of what she was doing during those 31 days.

I wish we knew why those weren't put in & if there will be a time when they can be put in.

Think about it. Two days prior to borrowing the shovel Casey's precious daughter died in a tragic accident in that same back yard that she now wants to dig up bamboo roots?? Really?? A mother would not even want to step foot in the backyard after such a tragic accident!!

And please, the defense & his mouthpiece IS needs to stop repeating this "dyeing in the pool" and "accidental drowning" crap. That is not in evidence, but in the imagination of JB. I hope SA puts a stop to this ASAP.

Thank God those young people who were on the stand this morning were so professional, normal and refreshing . . . in comparison to ICA it was stunning.
