2011.05.25 TRIAL Day Two- (Afternoon Session)

You walk around a bar with a bunch of shots on your tray and try to sell them to the bar patrons. Most times in scantilly clad outfits. IMO they are known to kind of flirt for an extra tip.

Depending on the girl, they also do body shots for extra tips.

Conversation on the phone w/kc about meeting up to go to dinner with the shot girls to talk about what happened the week before. She was going to call back to let us know when she could come, she was heading to airport to pick someone up . . . she never called back.

I learned kc daughter was missing, I heard that night . . .same day I was talking to her, I texted her to let me know if there was anything I could do, I made flyers for my work. KC texted back saying thank you . . . kc told her she was with the Nanny.

The biggest thing here with the "shot girls" is nada on the distress level from ICA. Mostly, sadly, it sounds like ICA was running a brothel. "I will protect you...oh and here is an invitation to my dead daughter's birthday party." Yikes. Sociopath. Knows right from wrong. Hence not insane. Going down in flames, sorry defense. Not sorry. I am here for Caylee.

So did KC actually get paid to manage the shot girls? The girls keep saying she was their manager, but was it Nathan or Clint earlier that said she did NOT have anything to do with the shot girls other than once in a while making suggestions about what they should wear?

Personally I think Mz. Anthony was in the process of grooming these girls in the hope of becoming a Madam... if you all know what I mean.

Frank George has a very distinct interview style. He is not pushy or arrogant. His skipping around keeps things from getting stale. He puts the witness at ease. He disarms JB because he keeps JB confused about what is coming next.

His non patterned questioning is a way to throw the DT off.

I happen to enjoy it.
