I think she really did. I think Casey's motive for killing Caylee was coupled with a few motives. One of them, I think, is that she wanted to be free to continue her relationship with Tony. Tony stated he wasn't ready for kids, and even if he was he would only want a BOY. That was going to be a problem for Casey.
