2011.05.25 TRIAL Day Two- (Afternoon Session)

I'm not sure that she's taking notes. Others have suggested that she's doing crossword puzzles. Might be relaxing for her to do so. I usually have a word puzzle book with me when I'm going to be sitting for long periods of time and need something to keep my mind occupied.

You would think she would want to pay close attention to what the witnesses are saying then doing crosswords (if thats what she is doing) imo.

He just wasn't as into her as she was into him.
She needed a place to stay and he was convenient.I don't think he really wanted a live in girlfriend.

I think you are right but she cooked, she cleaned, she bought/stole groceries and brought them over, she put out. What was not to like in this guy's mind? He took advantage of what was "offered" to him. And I think it's quite upsetting to ICA seeing today that that's all it was.

Personally, I like TL. I feel for him.

He was just a young guy, who meets an attractive girl who doesn't require him to take her out on dates, but will come to his home, cook an clean, and hook up with him. He was taking her for all she was giving, and honestly, I can't say I completely blame him. He wasn't looking for something serious. She was. He was looking for fun and that's what he saw it as in my opinion. They'd only known each other three weeks for crying out loud, most people take far longer to form any real bonds.

Since that time though, look what he's found out about this girl. I'm sure he was horrified by the entire thing, and wants to distance himself. As a parent, i'd want my son to do the same. This case is horrible.

I just want him to tell the stuff about the night sweats etc.

Okay why did they not start with June 16 when Casey is caught on video with Tony at Block buster supposedly after her baby had just drowned in a swimming pool. I am getting concerned I dont think that the state is doing well today. First they should have asked the neigbohr if he heard screams on the 16th, now they should have asked Tony about block buster

I agree. I am really worried that they are omitting certain things. If they don't establish that he did not allow Caylee to spend the night, thinking it was inappropriate, they will lose the chance to show a huge motivation for Caylee's murder.
