My DH just pointed out that in order for them to work Memorial Day - they would probably have to pay a lot of courthouse people double holiday pay. As it is, there are probably a lot of people getting overtime for the Saturdays.

I wonder if JA was supposed to be doing this questioning but has either lost his voice or is not feeling well at all. FG sounds a little bit unprepared and it seems like he is forgetting things and having to check with JA quite often.

I agree and it is making me crazy. I like FG and he was superb during JS but I have not been impressed at all with his direct of these "friends & neighbors" today.

I think Mr. George is about to get into the juicy stuff..he just may hand it over to LDB or Ashton after the break.

Maybe the court room is about to heat up!

Oh, and did you notice Casey glaring at him all smitten and stuff?
Reminds me of the song that goes
Can't take my eyes off of you...your just too good to be true..
It looked to me that she was trying not to cry (nose slurping..).

I so agree...in other trials are there this many?????????

Yes. In addition to morning, lunch and afternoon breaks, the judge will call a break if a sidebar is obviously going to take a long time. Hense the breaks out of the blue.

He is really acting like their relationship really didn't mean that much to him. Kinda of a second thought....like saying that she did something with event planning at Univeral Studios. He is acting like she might have just been another notch in the old bedpost sort of speak....This has to be killing her inside to hear him talk like she really didn't mean that much to him.

In all seriousness, if she was the best woman on the planet, there simply wasn't enough time to know that just yet...it was only a few weeks. He couldn't even have "really really" liked her yet !

He's from Long Island. Most I have known are very upbeat ambitious people with higher incomes. And quite sure of themselves.

I think he's thinking, "how did I get involved in this low life?"

Tone is not my favorite witness thus far. JMO

Something about TL I'm not liking. He doesn't feel SA friendly maybe....

IMO, to counter the DT's attempt to portray ICA as a working and well put together person. Mr G is making the point she was not at the club working, but merely hanging out with her BF.

Hmmm- hey JB -I wonder how often someone puts "Shot Girl" on their resume?

Wonder if Casey wishes she would have dressed up better today?? Did her hair a little bit better??

Think you got this right. Now maybe the DT will quit harping about the witness list........TonE is already here and ICA not looking her best.

It seems to me that she is trying to burn an image in her mind of him so she won't ever forget what he looks like. That girl is still majorly in love with that man. You can tell by the way she is looking at him. Her heart is a breaking.......

Too bad that Casey's heart didn't break for her daughter!

Reminds me of any guy in his early 20's who probably didn't put much thought into 'relationships'. At that point, you're not really paying attention to details, you got better things to worry about.

It's a guy thing, it's hard to explain.

He viewed KC as something to "do".

With all these 10 min breaks I've almost got my hair blow dried. I've got alot of hair!

Wow he is going to be declared a hostile witness? He is just not remembering anything. This is not good.

And we're back. Again.

Yes she is going for the worried virginal look, no buttons undone most of the day...

Why is that a good thing??

The State is going to have to get on his arse. He's not exactly telling the story he once told and getting him to answer is like pulling teeth. They need to "slap" him and straighten him out.
