She did try and reach him after that initial jail stay, and he didn't answer the phone.

She never got to call him from jail. The last convo they had was while the flip hit the fan over the report of Caylee missing and he asked her why she hadn't told him.

IIRC....

They did text the morning of July 16 IIRC. Tony was pizzed cause she never told him Caylee was missing. She told him about being in the back of a police car and said they were trying to pin it on her. He didn't seem interested.

Tony said (I believe) she walked around with the badge around her neck- an embarrassing moment, ICA looked to left and right as to find an escape.

If the state does not get him to mention the fact that he did not allow Caylee to spend the night, didn't think it was appropriate and that he didn't want kids, especially not girl children, they will have blown it immensely.

I'm bumping myself. I;m worried about how the state is doing right now.

I think he's adorable - reminds me of my sons at his age I guess.
I do think what comes off as a bit of attitude is his nervousness at being in court.

I agree. This is just a young man trying to be cool and not show nerves. He's doing okay. It may be hard to remember things from 2008 and I am sure he is nervous. He has tried to stay out of the public eye all this time and here he is.

I think he enjoyed his time with casey but was not serious about her while she was about him. It probably stroked his ego at the time. Now he is forced to remember things that would not have stood out to a young guy playing the field and having fun.
