I am a bit surprised that he didn't push Tony further... I mean like asking him what they did all day after he said he didn't want to leave bed wasn't enough... Agreed. He's doing well but I think he is not following up on some important things like why Caylee never spent the night, what he did in bed all day with Caylee, etc. The problem is he has a mission - to go through the time line - and is not flexible enough to veer from it to something that may be important.

They were from her parents' garage. I think the state should have questioned him about this. In his depo, I think, he discussed how these were not groceries in regular grocery bags. Looked like she got them from someone's home, IIRC. I guess it's not that important, though.

what does a "stipulation" mean....is that when they have to bring in non-photo evidence that has been verified by a non-SA or DT party?

That means the sides have agreed previously as to certain kinds of evidence, what it represents, and that it is accurate. It's a time saving thing.
