JB isn't allowed to enter evidence at this time because it is the state's case in chief.

Exactly ... JB is wasting SOOO MUCH TIME with this line of ridiculous questioning ...

I think what he's trying to do here, with all this "did she buy a weapon" or "did she talk about murdering?" quesitons is, he is trying to establish that while she didnt talk about Caylee being missing, she didnt talk about her being murdered either...in other words what difference does it make what she talked about. I dont know...it is JB we are trying to figure out, so who knows...just trying to figure out where he was going. YOu know, she didnt talk about her being missing, because she wasnt, and (according to Baez) she didnt talk about Caylee being murdered because she wasnt. It probably makes sense in his head.
