Because when it is time for the Defense to present this evidence, they would have to bring Tony L. back from out of State and pay for it, and they don't want to do that. So this is "saved" advance testimony so they don't need to bring him back. I'm assuming they will put it into evidence "later".

Even if George did molest Casey (I do not believe he did)... fine. Adding all these wild stories of George covering up an accident and basically framing Casey for 1st degree murder, imo, ruined any chance of a jury buying anything the defense says in her behalf. And we haven't even gotten to the Roy Kronk finding, hiding, then planting Caylee's remains.

Exactly. People who have been molested are so very much more protective of their children and those they love. And as far as this SA survivor it didn't cause me to lie to cover and hide things.

I too feel very, very bad for CA and GA. I don't think they had ANY idea that Casey felt like this about them. It's almost like they're coming to terms with the fact that the girl they raised as their daughter is GONE.

Yikes..before I sign out..just wish to say..KC has something very evil inside of her..and does not give a care about anyone but herself..She has seen a parade of her past friends up on that stand having to recall things they should never had to have been forced to do..KC has watched her father being humiliated and harrassed by JB infront of the world, She has encouraged JB to throw out nasty claims against her own blood,..I am going to go have a stiff drink now to calm down..and pray for the people KC has inured so deeply..and Pray for Caylee to remain at peace...Sorry folks...Today was so sad for me to watch this :-(((

I think she has far too much Farking freedom in there if you as me. She Doesnt NEED to be nor SHOULD SHE BE looking at ANYTHING on ANYONES IPHONE!

I have seen that on more than one occasion. Where the slim lady, simms? is holding her phone up for Casey to read or look at, and That is wrong if you ask me. She is not a lawyer, nor should she have freedoms to look at laptops, paperwork, iphones, ipads and the like. She should SIT there and LISTEN! End of story.

JB kept trying to get Tony L to change the GA "abuse" to sexual, but Tony corrected him to say I mean hitting or nothing. Not either hitting or sexual.

And yup, DT failed.

Well, the defense tried to impeach him via his depo during which he stated he wasn't sure of what kind of abuse it was. But the defense keeps trying to impeach people who now remember more saying their memories do not get better with time, they get worse. And that is not necessarily true.

Just remember Elizabeth's Smart's sister. It took several months for the identity of her kidnapper to come to Katherine's mind.

These people know how important this case is. They go home and scan their memories until they get the answer. That's how TL and the next door neighbor, etc., remember something they may not have been as clear on earlier, solidify their testimony.

I lose things ALL the time and that's the technique I use. I let it alone for awhile and then try to go back and remember what I was doing, where I was, what happened on the day I lost it, etc. Eventually, after frantic, fruitless searching, there it is! I suddenly remember.

I don't think the A's are working with the defense... the shot of Cindy and George at the end (posted on the trial thread) shows them as I have never seen them before: like they have been hit hard and are hurting, badly.

Unfortunately, They are going to hurt even more... ICA has just started on her rampage and Cindy and Lee haven't been given a dose of Casey/Baez ugliness

Funny...if ICA is found guilty these will be the same people that will beg the court to save her Life.

IIRC, ICA had made the sexual abuse claims before...she even said something to Jesse and/or his dad Richard about it..many years ago.

I believe this testimony is normally regarded as "hearsay." The judge can allow it or disallow it, based on his ruling whether it's relevant.

My daughter often threatened to call the Kid's Help Line because I was "mean" to her- roughly translated it means I used the word no and often.

So one day I said - good idea - go ahead. As long as you know they will take you away from me and put you in a foster home. No calls, LOL - she was shocked - she thought someone would just come over and boss me around. :innocent:

This kitchen sink DT strategy can't be good. The message they are trying to send is that the whole world is out to get ICA and they are all liars but she is the innocent victim telling the truth.

I'm positive that she thinks it is all true -- it is her reality now.

That story about finding a drowned Caylee and yelling at ICA was absolutely RIDICULOUS..IMO

What an exhausting and frustrating day in court this was! I wasn't able to watch, so I really appreciate all the WSers who kept me current. Those of you who stayed with it all day, and you know who you are, are exemplars of patience. I salute you.
