Could someone please link me to a video of the first part(SA opening statements)Tuesdays court proceedings pleasel? I have looked at WFTV but it keeps linking me to Casey walking in. There is no part 1 just part 2 and so on.

Exactly. People who have been molested are so very much more protective of their children and those they love. And as far as this SA survivor it didn't cause me to lie to cover and hide things.

My sister may or may not be an abuse survivor (you'll see why I say may or may not in a second) and she lies about EVERYTHING....big things, little things, totally insignificant things and the big stuff. She embellishes, she twists, she adds, she omits. Every sentence out of her mouth has a lie in it some way. Including things that don't matter - like she ran to the store for milk and bumped in to someone she hasn't seen in a long time and it took an extra 10 mins...she'd have to tell you there was a car accident on the way home instead of just saying she ran in to someone from back in the day. My whole life she has accused my brother of raping her. And I have no way of knowing if it is true. He knows some of her allegations and still sits in the same room as her....and at the same time, she still sits in the same room as him. I'll never know the truth. I just have to live MY truth with the two of them.

I don't think the A's are working with the defense... the shot of Cindy and George at the end (posted on the trial thread) shows them as I have never seen them before: like they have been hit hard and are hurting, badly.

No kidding. I saw one pic, and I have NEVER seen CA look THAT BAD before. I mean seriously, she usually has an uppity, haughty look on her face. This time, she looked broken and upset. Wow. I am actually starting to feeling sympathy for her and GA, just knock me over!

And Tony is off of my bad list. He may have an attitude, but he told the truth. Thank you, Tony!!!!

And by the way, cry me a river if she was spanked. I was spanked a lot, with ping pong paddles taped together, and yes, it left marks on me, and I turned out okay! I'm not saying it's right, but spanking is not going to cause someone to kill their child. Sheesh. Casey is just full of freaking BS.

Does anyone think I'm off base thinking that the state will delay Cindy's testimony for at least a few more days, in order for both GA and CA to see for themselves what REALLY was going on in their daughter's life and how much she deceived them. On top of all that, GA and CA are witnessing how underhanded (there's got to be a better word but I can't think of it right now) the defense team really is.......how they have no real defense and are going to blame GA and LA with the claims of sexual abuse. They will probably blame CA of emotional and mental abuse. GA and CA are seeing how the defense is going to destroy them all and the state wants them to witness this.

They Wanted to know WHAT TL had to say about ICA SAYING that she was abused. Normally this would have been hearsay because TL was saying.. casey said this... like.. Second hand info ABOUT the abuse.. But based on what TL said.. it really wasnt SECOND hand info about abuse. It was TL clarifying that the only time ICA ever mentioned being abused, he got the impression that it was only disciplinary abuse by GA and an ATTEMPT at Chest grabbing by LA.

personally, i think this backfired on JB. But i dont know much. Im just addicted at this point.

Even if George did molest Casey (I do not believe he did)... fine. Adding all these wild stories of George covering up an accident and basically framing Casey for 1st degree murder, imo, ruined any chance of a jury buying anything the defense says in her behalf. And we haven't even gotten to the Roy Kronk finding, hiding, then planting Caylee's remains.

They will be asking themselves why would he try and cover up an accident and then point the murder finger (which finger on the hand, I don't know) at the very person he was trying to keep from going to jail for the rest of her freakin' life.
If I sent this schlock to my publisher or editor, I would hope they would point out that there was some deep flaws in my plot.

After hearing how GA and CA reacted to Tony's statements just now really gets to me. I'm not a religious person by any means, but I honestly prayed hard for the two of them last night. Lee as well, but mostly GA and CA.

They've been dealing with the worst imaginable h#ll for the past 3+ years and they just continue to be emotionally battered and beaten by their own child. It would devastate me to hear my own child's lies about me abusing him. I just feel so bad for them...

regardless of what the A's have done and said these past 3 years...they don't deserve what Casey is putting them through and will be putting them through during this trial....

I believe this testimony is normally regarded as "hearsay." The judge can allow it or disallow it, based on his ruling whether it's relevant.

That's just my opinion.

I hope the judge sees that it's extremely relevant considering the defense is now based on her father being guilty of abuse + covering up Caylee's death. The defense is basically putting GA on trial now, so any evidence the state can present to refute that should be allowed.

Good grief what planet are JEAN C. and Vinnie P. on? They think the DT had a good day re: ICA was a good and loving mother. HELLO: Andrea Yates, Susan Smith, Darlie Routier were all good and loving mothers by all accounts.

I think the most damaging came today from the one who said ICA exlcaimed "OMG I am such a good LIAR!"

Because when it is time for the Defense to present this evidence, they would have to bring Tony L. back from out of State and pay for it, and they don't want to do that. So this is "saved" advance testimony so they don't need to bring him back. I'm assuming they will put it into evidence "later".

That's was my understanding...not having to pay to get TL to come back..because as JB said today..ICA is indigent...

I am also a SA survivor and ITA with everything in your post. If ICA was seriously molested, she would have moved out of/ran away from her parents home as soon as she was able. Also, she would never had let GA or LA spend any alone time with Caylee. Thanks for sharing, I know it's not easy.

Speaking of Susan Smith and the similarities in the case (and defense), I WISH the prosecution would ask TL about the conversation where he instructed ICA that if he had kids, he wanted boys and did not want girl children.
THAT needs to be heard by the jury.
