I thought the shed was locked on the 18th when she borrowed the shovel from Brian Burner. She had TonE break the lock on the shed later that same week when she was stealing gas. That is why she borrowed the shovel IMOO.

Perhaps she'll say RM is the one who started using chloroform on Caylee? Why not-look what she accuses her blood family of doing!:maddening:

I posted a few days ago that I wondered how ICA would weave RM into the picture, because they shared the "win her over with chloroform" joke, or the wording is something similar to that.

I, for one, applaude George for not JUMPING ON JB AND BEATING THE EVER LOVING CARP OUT OF HIM today.

I feel the opposite and even introducing the shovel bothers me for this very reason. why would you bring it to the world's attention that you needed a shovel? why wouldn't you buy one, steal one, use the family one (you weren't killing her with it, you were just burying her with it so it would be OK for it to have that yard's dirt all over it). It just doesn't make sense to borrow one and introduce a new person to your lies. She used other household items to dispose of Casey - she could have tossed the shovel too. There is something I don't believe about the shovel story.

It would be pretty easy for the DT to convince me the shovel was a non-event. The whole thing does't pass the sniff test.

I can't make sense of the shovel or why the heck it would have been google searched beforehand. I'm thinking that because of BB being outside doing yard work and KC having limited time ( Perhaps not knowing when her parents may show up) She used the shovel as an excuse to distract him from whatever she was doing the backyard. If he saw /heard anything he would dismiss it as KC digging and removing the bamboo. I don't think she actually used this shovel for anything.

Hadn't thought of it that way before. Makes sense.

She's back on IS now if you want to get a look. I want her plastic surgeon when the time comes.

Yeah, I see what you're saying. Could it be possible she didn't know her dad had shovels in there? Or, could it be she didn't want to have to break into the shed at that time to get a shovel cause she didn't want to bring attention to it (being broken in to) so instead borrowed one?

She had TonE break in the shed AFTER she had already borrowed the shovel.....non event of having shovel in the shed....it was locked and she didn't think about breaking in....

It's too late i think! The DT laid out their defense. It would be unpresidented if they all of a sudden they changed their stratagy.

Tony L broke the lock with a tire iron from his own car..

OH EMM GEE - I'm really tired of IS reporting about the "smell" in the back of the car was brought up yesterday and the witness said she didn't smell anything.

THAT WAS ON JUNE 4TH -

We need a WS TV channel - seriously, the mis-information that gets put out there. Its just getting old. VERY VERY VERY OLD.

I KNOW! I'm getting angry at that too. These people were in the car way before she prob had Caylee in there.

I think so too because it is the only scenario that fits!

What does't pass the sniff test for me is that ICA would ever Dream of doing yard/bamboo work, while she could be happily on her computer or texting away instead.

SOTS..don't forget to read the Hinky report every day. Magpie is in the courtroom daily and gives a recap of things that we can't see or hear. It is very, very interesting.

where is this I can't find it TIA

I have to share with you guys. After watching everything and anything on this case and of course being here my hubby thought I (and all of you..lol) was nuts. Yesterday I had the trial on and went to tell him something and he told me ssshhhhhhhhh he wanted to hear the testimony..lol..he is now hooked. I guess we all aren't so crazy after all.

Well SOTS - you can....are you planning on writing a book and getting a 4M advance for talking about the huge mess you made of the OJ trial?

did you watch yesterday when they went over the incident regarding jb and cm vs. those nasty media folks and someone saying that cm was a tad grouchy--and Jean C brought up how pleasant he always was to her.....

Somewhere on the trial morning thread it was stated that the key to the shed was kept hanging on a key rack, until ICA stole too many times, and then it was hidden. IMO, she couldn't break into the shed on her own, couldn't access the locked up shovels in GA's shed. She needed a shovel, she borrows one. 9 days later she asks TL to break into the shed for her. She couldn't do it herself. That's why she borrowed the shovel. IMO.
