That's what Casey told Amy happened to Amy's $400? Wow, she's got quite the imagination!

yes and its everyone else who lies........and is dishonest and evil........:maddening::maddening:

I wonder if Caylee was afraid to go to sleep cause of the way ICA would put her to sleep when needed.

I agree. I think she was knocking her out with drugs for sure.

shes the one who heard her bragging about being a good liar

Oh goodness, I don't watch trials this is a first, is all this common? The confusion and such?

Not in the ones I have seen.

Without being rude, a good friend of mine is a defence lawyer, she is well organised, very smart and has the ability to ask questions that the person she is asking can understand easily and answer. JB seems the opposite.

Whilst there are always objections and side bars, it seems vey excessive today.

IMO.

Witness overheard ICA arguing with CA about money, nanny..

Will at least Amy be able to testify that Casey told her she`d lost the money sleepwalking?

  • #327
Overheard that the conversation was about money issues and heard the word nanny.

  • #328
spoke of Tony but no mention of Caylee

Referenced her boyfriend a lot and how cool & new his car was, but NOTHING about her daughter!

Just got back on puter so not sure what's been going on but to me this poor girl looks like she's about to cry. Is Casey giving her the evil eye or something?

  • #332
Wait for Baez to claim that the tattoo was one of the ways that the true victim in this case, the defendant, coped with the tragedy of her daughter's drowning.

Great minds think alike! :)

so many pretty girls testifying in cute clothes and living a good life (with boyfriends)has to bother ICA big time!

I for one truly hope it does.

  • #335
ICA spoke a lot about Tony but very little about Caylee

Hummm, I wonder what the jurors are doing. Are they taking notes?

If I was a juror I would be connecting a few dots on my own with just the small amount of testimony that is being given.

On HLN earlier they said the back was was taking notes but the front row weren't. IDK about now though.

I've only been able to peek in occasionally today until now. Looks like I missed a whale of a morning. Can't wait to catch up. :great:

Well one thing is become crystal clear..for someone who did not have a JOB, Casey liked to go shopping and shop...

  • #339
This witness has a sweet demeanor.

Caylee was probably harder to put asleep when she was out of the comfort of her own home and her own bed. Little kids get used to their surroundings and feel safe and comfortable in those surroundings and it sounds like that was interrupted when Casey began dating Ricardo and taking Caylee out of the comfort of her own home. She was probably missing her CiCi too.

Casey was living in lala land! jeesh! no more target for her. :innocent:
