Why doesnt JB just stay over by the sidebar it would save him some energy...:giggle:

ICA seems bothered by this witness - she's doing a lot of talking with the DT and actually had her head down when he took the stand

she appears bothered by all of them

The jury has go to be wondering why he doesn't want them to see any of this stuff when he admitted that she had problems, knew the child was dead and she died by accident.

Aye-yi-yi - These sidebars are a real drag...

I remember this FB post...DRAAAAAMMMMA

CM had a convo with ICA before the last break, I think he told her to behave differently in front of the Jury.......note that she looks like she is reading the bible or in a trance.

What a nice way to refer to your child's death "Drama".

It is so obvious that ICA thinks-- no truly believes--- that all these lies she told are going to be covered by "I was just coping because I was molested"

I think that's where JB is learning Law.

<grumbles> I made a deal with myself to do household tasks during sidebars. I'm running my rear end off!

Troy.

A screen shot of the message is useless cuz it's super blurry, can't hardly read it.

Hey Welcome, TortillaChip!!

They had someone like JB in mind? Slandering people without proof while hiding behind Court privilege?

No, they didn't. But remember like any profession you have good people and bad people. JB isn't the norm, most in the legal profession are bright and thoughtful people. Perhaps many attys have inflated egos but that doesn't make them bad people. Many of our our presidents were attys. The point is that our founding fathers didn't want people to be strung up and hanged without a trial to be heard before members of our peers. Although I wish this trial didn't need to be held this is ICA's right, and I don't deny her that right.

How long does court last?

  • #658
can't count that high...:floorlaugh:

:floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: That's what I was thinking -- the # has got to be high ...

:waitasec:

Maybe they should get a ScoreBoard -- like they use in a basketball game ...

No wait -- maybe they can get someone to walk around the courtroom holding up number after number -- you know, like they would do in a game show ...

Just excuse me -- the sidebars are getting to me ...

Wasn't TB one of the ones who went to the bookstore and sat on the little chairs to get a timeline together?

  • #660
That is the second timeline given by Casey referencing June 15 being the last day. Nine days from June 24 counts back to the 15th. That blows the June 16 drowning right out of the water, IMO.
