I imagine the juror finds it creepy also - this is a woman who has accused her father of being a pedophile and disposing of her dead child without calling 911. How'd you like someone who is charged with murdering her child and leveled those accusations at her father smiling at you across a courtroom?

I'm thinking the heart sticker was either an item used to calm Caylee down when she was being restrained by ICA (if this was done on a regular basis.) OR it was done after ICA realized CAylee was dead and may actually show some remorse.

Im thinking it was done numerous times. the sticker was like when ya go to the Dr's office you be good and ya get a sticker.

I think Mallory was crying for Caylee not the relationship between totmom and the baby.... as i see it Mallory and KC did not like each other. All these taking heads are reading that wrong if ya ask me.

I agree and if it is the "George Cloony" guy, he is a high school PE teacher.

I'm a little concerned that the jury may find reasonable doubt in GA's actions in regards to driving the car home and his obfuscation about the duct tape.

But maybe he was just frustrated and Baez's badgering and obviously in anguish. I felt bad for him. However, he needs to stop over explaining and just answer the questions.

My opinion...

I took today off to have a long week-end I was only going to watch morning session only ended up watching all day thinking they want have court tomorrow, I can just do my running errands tomorrow. Dang it court tomorrow.

Would guess it could be the juror (lives with the parentals) who looks like a younger and a little more slender Vlade Divac. I believe he is Casey's age.

I was just guessing because several people have talked about #11 being "eye candy". He is 30 and single. High School PE teacher. I do not know if this is who KC is looking at.

My opinion...

You are correct on both counts. It is puzzling as to why the smell of human decomposition would not alarm him immediately, and take top priority. And he should state a simple "yes" or "no" as in psychological analysis of deceit, "over-explaining" ALWAYS raises red flags, without exception.

It would be interesting to know. I hope he is just "testing the theory" and could not just listen to all of the testimony and take it at face value.

Good grief, I am twice KC's age and have not had as many, um, beaus. Maybe I should go out more. ???
