Do we have WS'ers in the Court who are seeing the Jurors and the interaction with ICA???

Im curious because some folks seem to know what the jurors look like and I obviously cant see them from Canada

Here's a link to their profiles. [ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=137205"]Anthony Jury Panel - Individual Profiles ***READ ONLY*** - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community[/ame]

You can also read about them in the live tweet thread.

I know this must sound really simplistic...but I think George had a real need to go to work. Not sure if anyone remembers how hard that man was trying to make a living back around the time all this happened. His own children made fun of him for being jobless. He probably pulled a Scarlet O'Hara and figured he would worry about it another day.

He has been trying to say that, for some reason everyone stops him for explaining. It will all get there, I hope.

During jury selection...and now as well...the reporters have been tweeting.

Does anyone know how many seats are in each row of the juror box?

No they have not. Yet, I hope YET.

Thank you for your answer.... I'm not sure I understand it for sure.

Are you saying that the State did not ask TL in his State deposition about whether or not he made the comment to ICA that he did not want girls?

Agree, he had just started a new job a couple of days ago, he was trying not to be terrified, and CA told him she was going to reach ICA. He probably thought if they could not that evening they would call the police when he got home.

My thoughts regarding the IM's....

#1. I'm not sure they show motive, but they could perhaps show premeditation. Casey saying "in a couple days..." would allude to the fact that she was planning on doing something.

#2. I wonder what Tony thought she meant by that? Had she told him Caylee was going somewhere? That her parents were going somewhere? If that DIDN"T mean she was planning on doing something....what did it mean??

Unless you were George and then it was another tough day for him. I thought Baez was unnecessarily brutal this afternoon. Ugh!

so it was really bad???? I just couldn't do it today...that has been so rough--I'm so tired of this being about everyone but the inmate...annoys the >>>> out of me---I am seriously questioning the judicial system at this time...the way they have gone out of their way on the witnesses....Geeze..if they knew it was a murder case knew Caylee was dead---why didn't they something three years ago???? Makes me sick....such a joke.---its not a game.....

Nothing mentioned in Court about it at all. Not by State, not by TL.

I hope they will, but it may never come about as there is no evidence to support it. Nothing written that we know of.

I was just guessing because several people have talked about #11 being "eye candy". He is 30 and single. High School PE teacher. I do not know if this is who KC is looking at.

So is this the one who said he could "overlook" everything that a person has done in the past and just consider the evidence presented at trial? The one who said he could have a student mess up on Friday and he (the teacher) believes the student would able to start fresh on Monday?

I've been scarce today, so tell me....

I only joined WS about 16 months ago and did not take part or read on the Caylee forum, as it was too huge and intimidating by then and everyone seemed to be experts on the case. All I knew about the case were the very basics; Caylee was not reported missing, there was a fictional nanny, and Casey was partying, also that her parents were not reacting in a way that seemed "normal" about the whole thing.

Anyway, I am just hearing about the car, the tow yard, the gas cans, etc. along with (we hope) the jurors. I have to say that if George does not come out at some point and say that he was covering for Casey (at the expense of Caylee) all along, I will not understand why he did not call police sooner and for sure, when he got to the tow yard and recognized the smell. I can begin to see how Caylee's death could have been some accident, and covered up in a mish-mash by Casey with help from her father. I don't believe that, but I can see how someone would.

JB being harsh with George would seem okay to me as a juror, since JB "believes" this man molested his client since she was a child, and also helped cover up the child's death, thus "blackmailing" his client into submission. I am talking about if I were a neutral juror who did not want to believe that a mother who loved her child, according to all sources thus far, murdered her on purpose. Also, the simple fact of driving around with Caylee dead in the trunk, if that is what happnened, would make me think there could not have been any sort of plan, as who would do that?

Just an opinion from someone who is learning much of the case as it proceeds.
...I guess that's as reasonable as a father covering up the death of his granddaughter in order to frame his daughter.

okay, I need an answer, I just read the beautiful list of jurors here

[ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=137205"]Anthony Jury Panel - Individual Profiles ***READ ONLY*** - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community[/ame]

and it says juror #2 is anti DP and cannot consider it in any circumstance.....then he is not DP qualified, how did he make it on here?

I'm a little concerned that the jury may find reasonable doubt in GA's actions in regards to driving the car home and his obfuscation about the duct tape.

But maybe he was just frustrated and Baez's badgering and obviously in anguish. I felt bad for him. However, he needs to stop over explaining and just answer the questions.

My opinion...

JMO but I think that is just the way GA talks and he can't change his personality and the way he communicates. We would all carry our personality traits and ways of communicating into the situation, I believe. He does seem to be trying too hard to get it right and I HOPE that means say the truth now.
Take my personality , for example, I would be a total wreck if trying to answer JB and there is No telling WHAT I would say!

the defense filed a supplemental witness list today?
Does anyone know who they added or dropped or was something changed

Nurse is still one of us, so are the other mods.

They just have eyes in the back of their heads now.

They see it before you go there.

See, they are on the first floor and yell, stop playing with those cotton balls in the third floor bathroom!

:)
