The only thing I can figure is that he actually DID like that old gas can, and took it out of the shed so that ICA wouldn't run off with it again. I mean, I drive around with a gas can in the back of my truck, but not a FULL one...I think that's odd.

My hubby refuses to let me throw away our old gas can like the one GA is so fond of. They don't make them anymore and they work better than the new ones. I think ICA took the vent cap off to let the fumes fill her vehicle while carrying the gas cans around. GA had to replace it with the duct tape.

If this witnessed wasn't so collected, intelligent, well spoken, and professional, the jury MIGHT, MIGHT buy the "he's in on it" story...but I think this guy comes off as very credible. I'll be honest, I'd also like to know why he didn't call, especially since George told him his granddaughter and daughter were missing.
